I am a highly resourceful, flexible, and motivated chef with twelve years of experience in the restaurant and hotel industry. My background includes working in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels, specializing in fine dining and product development. I have participated in prestigious events such as Gault & Millau Netherlands, 750 Amsterdam, 24 Hours, and 100 Chefs.
Born in Domodossola, Italy, I started my culinary journey in London and Italy, where I worked for three years and learned the fundamentals of my craft. I then brought my passion for cooking to the Netherlands. My Dutch culinary journey began 10 years ago with the opening of Pressroom at Ink Hotel Amsterdam.
After almost four years there, I embraced a new challenge at Persijn for the sustainable hotel QO Amsterdam, where I took on my first Sous Chef role, leading a team of expert chefs.
My journey continued with a year at Olivijn Haarlem, a 1-Michelin-star restaurant, further refining my skills in high-level gastronomy.
For the past 1.5 years, I have been part of Culinair AnnoNu as a Consulting Chef and Product Development Specialist, where I have had the opportunity to create innovative concepts, host private dinners, and participate in prestigious events like Gault & Millau Netherlands, 750 Amsterdam, 24 Hours, San Pellegrino Event, and 100 Chefs.
